So many results that aren't mine?

İşe Adanmışlığın Bazı Demografik Değişkenler Açısından İncelenmesi: Bankacılık Sektöründe Bir Araştırma

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, işe adanmışlığın çeşitli demografik değişkenler açısından incelenmesi ve demografik değişkenlerin işe adanmışlık ve alt boyutlarında bir farklılık gösterip göstermediğinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışma Kayseri ilindeki 330 banka çalışanı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada işe adanmışlığı ölçmek için Schaufeli ve diğerleri (2002) tarafından geliştirilen Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, yalnızca medeni durum değişkeni itibariyle dinçlik alt boyutu ve mesleki deneyim değişkeni itibariyle işe adanmışık, dinçlik ve yoğunlaşma alt boyutları anlamlı farklılık göstermektedir.

Reviews of Employment Dedication to Some Demographic Variables: A Research in the Banking Sector

Abstract:

The main objective of this study is to study employment dedication in terms of various demographic variables and to determine whether demographic variables show a difference in employment dedication and lower dimensions. The work was carried out with 330 employees in the Kayseri province. The study used the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) developed by Schaufeli and others (2002) to measure employment dedication. According to the results of the research, only according to the civilized situation variable, the low-dimensional and the vocational experience variable are dedicated to employment, the low-dimensional and the concentration variable are significantly different.
