FATİH Projesi ülkemizde teknoloji entegrasyonunun gerçekleştirilebilmesi için hayata geçirilen önemli bir reformdur. Literatüre bakıldığında, Türkiye’de etkileşimli tahta kullanımını açıklamaya yönelik yeterli çalışma olmadığı görülmektedir. Bu nedenle, ülkemizde öğretmenler açısından etkileşimli tahtanın eğitim öğretime entegrasyonunu etkileyen faktörlerin açıklanması gereklidir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin etkileşimli tahta kabul ve kullanımlarını açıklamak ve etkileşimli tahta kullanım becerilerine olan etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırma, değişkenler arasında neden-sonuç ilişkisi kurularak nedensel modelde desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu İç Anadolu Bölgesinde yer alan ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan 305 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında geliştirilen Etkileşimli Tahta Geçiş Çerçevesi ve Etkileşimli Tahta Kabul ve Kullanım Ölçeği olmak üzere iki ölçek ile araştırmanın verileri toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler, t testi, ANOVA, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin görüşleri eğitim durumuna göre farklılaşmazken; kolaylaştırıcı faktörler, işletim sistemi ve dosya yönetimi ve program değişkenleri alt ölçeklerinde erkek öğretmenler lehine anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Etkileşimli tahta kabul ve kullanımı, etkileşimli tahta kullanım becerileri düzeyleri ile öğretmenlerin kıdemi arasında ise negatif yönlü küçük düzeyde ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Çoklu regresyon analizleri ise öğretmenlerin etkileşimli tahta benimseme ve kullanımlarının kullanım becerileri üzerinde etkisi olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu sonuçlara göre teknoloji entegrasyonunun sağlanmasında önemli bir nokta olan etkileşimli tahta kullanımına olan olumlu tutum ve inançların geliştirilmesi önemlidir. Teknoloji entegrasyonu yalnızca etkileşimli tahta veya tablet gibi teknolojilerle sınırlı olmadığından dolayı, öğretmenlerin yeni teknolojileri kullanımda öncü bireyler haline gelmesi teknolojilerin benimsenme ve adaptasyon sürecini kısaltacaktır.
FATİH Project is the most important reform implemented in our country in order to realize technology integration. When the literature shows that not enough efforts in Turkey to explain the use of interactive whiteboards. For this reason, the factors affecting the integration of the interactive whiteboard into education and teaching should be explained in terms of teachers in our country. The purpose of this study is to explain the teachers’ acceptance and use of interactive whiteboards and to determine their effects on interactive whiteboard use skills. In the study, a cause-effect relationship was established between the variables and was designed in causal model. The study group of the research consists of 305 teachers working in primary, secondary and high schools in the Central Anatolia Region. The data of the research were collected with two scales: Interactive Whiteboard Transition Frame Scale and Interactive Whiteboard Acceptance and Use Scale. Descriptive statistics, t test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis were used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the research, the opinions of the teachers do not differ according to the educational level; significant differences were found in favor of male teachers in the subscales of facilitating conditions, operating system and file management and program variables. A low level of negative correlations were found between acceptance and use of interactive whiteboard, interactive board use skills and seniority of teachers. Multiple regression analyzes have shown that teachers’ adoption and use of interactive whiteboards have an impact on their use skills. According to these results, it is important to develop positive attitudes and beliefs towards using interactive whiteboards, which is an important point in ensuring technology integration. Since technology integration is not limited to technologies such as interactive whiteboards or tablets, teachers’ becoming pioneers in using new technologies will shorten the adoption and adaptation process of technologies.
