Abstract:

This study is an imaginary study aimed at revealing the relationship between the personality characteristics of working mothers, their guilt in relation to work and their life satisfactions. The study was conducted by 521 employees. The study used the short form of Eysenck Personality Reserve, the scale of work-related crime, the scale of life-long and the personal information form. Data about the time of marriage of the working mothers, the number of children and the detected income level were obtained using the Personal Information Form designed by the researcher. The data obtained from 542 working mothers were analyzed in the SPSS program and the results of 521 working mothers were included in the analysis. On the data, Pearson's correlation analysis and SPSS add-on process macro software are made with regression analysis. In the study, the personality characteristics are variable, the life satisfaction is variable, and the culpability variable in relation to the work is also the mediation effect of the study. When the indirect effect of crime is studied, it has been found that the variable of crime has a meaningful mediation role in the relationship between externality and life satisfaction. When the results of the analysis of the role of the mediator of the variable of crime in relation to the relationship between the personality characteristics of neuroticism and the life expectancy are studied, it is found that neuroticism is positive for crime; that crime is negative for life satisfaction; and that neuroticism is negative for life satisfaction. In this context, when the indirect effect of crime is studied, it is found that in the relationship between neuroticism and life-satisfaction, the variable of crime has a meaningful intermediate role. The findings obtained from the research have been discussed along with the relevant literature. Recommendations are written according to the results obtained.
