Bu çalışmanın amacı, ilgili literatür irdelenerek eğitim yönetimi etiği ve eğitim yönetiminde etik liderliğin kritiğini yapmaktır. Bu çalışmada eğitim yönetimi etiği ve eğitim yönetiminde etik liderlik irdelenerek çıkarımlarda bulunulmuştur. Yönetsel etik, yönetsel eylemlerde uyulması gereken ilkeler veya davranış kuralları olarak tanımlanır. Eğitim yöneticilerinin, görevlerini yerine getirirken, yasa ve politikalar kadar meslek etik ilkelerine uygun davranmaları gerekir. Etik liderlikte liderlik özelliklerinden “etiksel özellikler” ön plana çıkmaktadır ve etik liderlik “etik değerlerle” ilgilidir. Okul yöneticilerinin etik liderlik becerileri dört farklı boyutta; (1) karar verme sürecinde, (2) davranışsal, (3) iletişim sürecinde (4) örgüt iklimi oluşturma sürecinde etik olarak ele alınmaktadır.
the aim of this study is to make the critituation of ethical leadership in education management ethics and education management by adopting ethical leadership in this study, training management ethics and training management in ethical leadership in the education management practice. the ethical leadership skills of school managers are defined as the rules or behavioural rules, while training managers perform their duties, they need to act in accordance with the ethical principles of profession ethics, such as law and policies. the ethical leadership skills of the school managers are taken into the forefront, and ethical leadership is related to “etic values” in the process of communication with ethical leadership skills in four different sizes in the process of communication in the process of communication of four different types of communication in the process
The aim of study is to make critics of ethics leadership in education management by studying the relevant literature. In this study, there are a number of conclusions regarding ethics of education management and ethics leadership in education management. Management ethics is defined as behavior rules or the principals in management activities. While performing their duties, education managers are supposed to obey the appropriate laws and politics as well as occupational ethics principles. In ethics leadership, “ethical characteristics” are regarded as a highly considerable leadership characteristic and ethics leadership is related to “ethics values”. Ethics leadership skills of school principals are studied in four major categories as follows: (1) decision process (2) behavioral (3) communication (4) organization climate
