Bu çalışmanın amacı özel eğitim okullarında görev yapan öğretmen ve yöneticilerin AB Projelerinin (Ka1) özel eğitim okullarına sağladığı katkıları ölçmek için AB Projelerinin Katkılarını Değerlendirme Ölçeği ’ne verdikleri cevapları değerlendirmektir. Tarama modelinde tasarlanan çalışmada ölçeğe ilişkin düşüncelerin cinsiyete, yaşa, mesleki kıdeme, eğitim seviyesine, projeye katılıp katılmama durumuna, branşa göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği de incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 89 kadın, 50 erkekten oluşan 139 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Kesik ve Balcı (2016) tarafından geliştirilen “AB Projelerinin Katkılarını Değerlendirme Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin Cronbach alfa güvenirlik katsayısı 0.95’tir. Bu çalışmada Cronbach Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı 0,97’dir. Verilerin analizinde SPSS Programı versiyon 23.0 kullanılarak betimsel analiz (yüzde, frekans, standart sapma, aritmetik ortalama, mod, medyan vb.) ve istatistik tekniklerden yararlanılmıştır. Kolmogorov Smirnov testi uygulanmış, verilerin normal dağılım göstermemesi sonucu Bağımsız Gruplar T-Testi, Kruskal Wallis-H Testi ve Mann Whitney-U Testi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda elde edilen bulgular 0,05 (p<0,05) anlamlılık düzeyinde yorumlanmıştır. Öğretmenlerin ve yöneticilerin cinsiyetlerine, yaşına, mesleki kıdeme, eğitim seviyesine, projeye katılıp katılmama değişkenine göre AB projelerinin özel eğitim okullarına sağladığı katkılara ilişkin algıları ölçeğin bütününde ve alt boyutlarında anlamlı düzeyde farklılık göstermediği saptanmıştır.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the responses given by teachers and managers working in private educational schools to measure the contribution of EU projects (Ka1) to private educational schools to evaluate the contribution of EU projects to the evaluation scale. In the study designed in the screening model, it has also been studied whether the thoughts on scale show differences according to gender, age, professional age, level of education, the status of participation in the project, the industry. The study group consisted of 89 women and 139 teachers from 50 men. The study used the "Evaluation Scale of Contribution of EU Projects" developed by Cut and Balcı (2016) as a data collection tool. The Cronbach alpha reliability ratio for the scale is 0.95. In this study, the Cronbach Alpha reliability ratio is 0.97. Analysis of data using SPSS Program version 23.0 imaging analysis (percentage, frequency, standard deviation, arithmetic average, mode, media, etc.) It is used by statistical techniques. The Kolmogorov Smirnov test was applied, the result of the data did not show normal distribution, the Independent Groups T-Test, the Kruskal Wallis-H Test and the Mann Whitney-U Test were used. The results of the analysis were interpreted at a level of significance of 0.05 (p<0.05). The perceptions of teachers and managers about the contributions of EU projects to private educational schools, depending on gender, age, vocational age, education level, participation and participation variable; the scale has not shown any significant differences in its whole and lower dimensions.

Perceptions of thecontribution of EU projects to special education schools according to gender, age, professionalseniority, level of education, and the variable of participation in the project; it was found thatthere was no significant difference in the whole scale and sub dimensions.
