Abstract:

Dialectical contradictions between the characteristics of agricultural service cooperatives as investment objects and the interests of investors willing to maximize returns on invested capital are studied. Creating an agricultural service cooperative considered as an investment project. The model of the life cycle of the project is improved – the operational phase proposed to divide into certain periods of the external and internal recoupment, which better reflects the economic content of the project. Investment increase on the price of services of the cooperative offered for a period of external recoupment as an additional internal source of funds of the cooperative to return the loan and interest on it. The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological approaches to capital budgeting of agricultural service cooperatives for cooperative members and external investors from the standpoint of the theory of social reproduction.
