Abstract:

Knowledge which is one of the most indispensable and curious elements of human history, has been moved from tribes until today for centuries. Every nation has added its innovations in the light of its experience of knowledge and the existing knowledge has expanded. In this study, the poems of Kalim Kashani who lived in the period of Baburlu Shah Jahan in the geography of India by referring to the poetry from the documents bearing historical knowledge, were taken into account in the Diwan. While gazelles have a amatory content, he began with the prophet naat in his odes and then praised the Indian sultan Shah Jahan; information about India and some cities; the information about the conquest of the towns of Dekken and Belh, the date of the construction of the shah Jahan palace and the mosque were given. The objective of this study is to determine the poems of Kalim Kashani which are about historical events and personalities and to bring them to the scientists working on this field
