Present study investigated teachers’ attitudes toward multicultural education and whether their attitudes toward multicultural education differed according to various demographical variables. 204 high school teachers who work in 10 public high schools located in the central district of Çankırı province participated in the study. Data were gathered through the “Teacher Multicultural Attitude Survey (TMAS)” and analyzed with arithmetical mean, standard deviation, percentages, t-test and one-way ANOVA. Findings indicated that participants’ attitude toward multicultural education was positive. In addition, it was determined that participants’ attitudes toward multicultural education did not differ significantly according to their gender, marital status, education level, membership to unions and working years. However, it was seen that participants who graduated from faculty of education and faculty of art and science had significantly high positive attitudes toward multicultural education than the participants who graduated from faculty of technical education
