(An Analysis of the Relation Between Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intension of Members of Accounting Profession) It is well known that leaving a job results in various problems for both the employee and the employer. But, it is observed that (turnover Intension) demands of those who work for (professionals ) certified public accountans offices are not met. Therefore, they choose to exit. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intentions of professionals of certified public accountants in Kırıkkale. The reasons behind the turnover has been analyzed with reference to discriminant analyses. It is found out that the main reasons for turnover are attitudes of superiors and job security.
