Industrial clusters sustain competitive advantage of firms within the opportunities they created. The opportunities provided by cluster are knowledge transfer between clustered firms, innovation capacity, and cost advantages related to scale economics etc. Knowledge transfer between firms, high-degree imitation of products and processes, and common ways opposite competition provides similar working conditions. Therefore, the working conditions in cluster will be homogenous. The effectiveness of these homogenous conditions is expected to be higher than other firms located separately. In this study, Sultanahmet District is considered as a “tourism cluster”. It is tested that how the employee of hotels located in Sultanahmet percept working conditions in district/cluster. The employee percept working conditions under the factors of; HRM applications in clustered hotels, the contribution to career development, environmental and transport possibilities, compensation and comfort at work-place, possibilities to work in other industries. It found that only “compensation and comfort at work” has significant effect on the desire of continuing to work in the cluster
