Abstract enNew communication technologies change reading habits of newspaper readers. Reader who needs alternative ideas, wishes to get information quickly and detailed information. The reader would like to do this by saving time and cost. The reader gradually more uses new communication technologies reaching the point of the paper. Another reason of this, reader commentaries.
