Araştırmanın amacı; Denizli ili Buldan ilçesinde, taşıma merkezi kapsamındaki ilkokullarda görev yapan öğretmen ve yöneticilerin, yaşadığı sorunları tespit etmek ve elde edilen bulguları analiz ederek çözüm önerilerinde bulunmaktır. Araştırmanın evreni; 2016-2017 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı, Denizli ili Buldan ilçesindeki Millî Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı taşımalı eğitim uygulaması yapan ilkokullardır. Araştırmanın örneklemi de, Denizli iline bağlı Buldan ilçesindeki taşımalı eğitim uygulaması yapan dört ilkokulda görev yapan yönetici ve öğretmenlerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmaya Buldan ilçesinde bulunan taşıma merkezinde çalışan 25 öğretmen ve 7 yönetici katılmıştır. Bu araştırmada, taşıma merkezlerinde çalışan yönetici ve öğretmenlerin, taşımalı eğitimde karşılaştığı sorunlara yönelik olarak yaş, cinsiyet, çalışma yılı, konumu, eğitim durumu gibi değişkenler dikkate alınmış; “Betimsel Tarama Modeli” uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada yöntem olarak ” Küme Örnekleme Yöntemi” kullanılmıştır. Veriler Şan (2012) tarafından geliştirilen “Taşımalı Eğitim Uygulamasına Yönelik Yönetici ve Öğretmen Görüşleri Ölçeği” aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Genel olarak taşımalı eğitime yönelik çalışmalarda Taşıma Merkezlerinin Fiziksel İmkânlarının Yetersiz Olması, Öğrencilerin Uyum ve Davranış Sorunları, Beslenme, Ulaşım vb. sorunlar yaşandığı belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, taşımalı eğitim uygulanan taşıma merkezlerinin araç-gereç ve donanım açısından yeterli olduğu ve burada eğitim gören öğrencilerin okul arkadaşları ile öğretmenleriyle ilişkilerinin gayet başarılı olduğu; disiplin sorunlarının görülmediği ve okul başarı durumunun bu durumdan olumsuz etkilenmediği görülmüştür.
The purpose of the research is to identify the problems that the teachers and managers who work in the primary schools within the transport center in the Denizli or Buldan district, and to analyze the findings obtained by making solutions proposals. The universe of research; 2016-2017 Education Education Year, Denizli or Buldan District's National Education Directorate is the primary school that carries the transferred education application. The examples of the study are also made up of managers and teachers who work in four primary schools that carry out transported education in the Buldan district of Denizli province. The research was conducted by 25 teachers and 7 managers working in the transport center located in the Buldan district. In this study, managers and teachers who work in transport centers have taken into account variables such as age, gender, year of work, location, educational status in relation to the problems they face in transport education; "Bethical Scanning Model" has been applied. In the study, the method was used as "Method of Mass Example". The data has been collected through the "Manager and Teacher Opinion Scale to Transported Education Application" developed by Shan (2012). In the studies aimed at education generally carried the lack of physical capacity of the Transport Centers, the problems of students' conformity and behavior, nutrition, transport, etc. Problems have been identified. According to the findings obtained in this study, transportation training has shown that the transport centers applied are sufficient in terms of vehicle and equipment and that the students who are trained here have a very successful relationship with their colleagues and teachers; that there are no disciplinary problems and that the state of school success has not been negatively affected by this situation.
The students living in the villages and neighborhood where the number of students is small cannot continue their education because their schools are closed, and they continue their education in transportation center through bussed education. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of the managers and teachers working in the primary schools within transportation center and to offer some solutions through analyzing the obtained data in Buldan. The participants of the research consists of 7 managers and 25 teachers who work in four-bussed education primary schools in Buldan, a town of Denizli. This is a descriptive study and the cluster sampling technique has been used. The data were collected in 2016-2017 academic year through a scale developed by Şan (2012). The findings revealed that in the transportation centers education was sufficient in terms of equipment and materials and the students who were studying here were very successful in their relationships with their schoolmates and teachers; It was seen that disciplinary problems were not observed and the school success status was not adversely affected.
