Abstract:

This research, which aims to reveal the relationship between the psychological capital of teachers and innovative business behaviors, is founded in the relative scan model. The study’s study universe was formed by a total of 450 teachers working in the high schools located in the center of Bolu province and 306 data were obtained from valid teachers. The data of the study was collected with the "Psychological Capital Scale" and the "Innovative Business Behavior Scale". The normal distribution data was analyzed using parametric tests. According to the research, the psychological capital of teachers is at a high level in the dimensions of hope and self-sufficiency at a medium level in the dimensions of optimism and psychological resilience. Teachers’ innovative business behaviors are at the middle level in the size of finding ideas supporters with the scale whole. Psychological capital scale total score and dimensions with the innovative business behavior scale total score and dimensions between the psychological capital scale the psychological resilience scale and the innovative business behavior scale the idea supporters find the size of the positive side of the low level relationship, in all there is a meaningful relationship in the positive side of the middle level. The psychological capital processes the innovative business behavior meaningfully.
