Çocuk edebiyatı eserlerinde çocuklar etrafında şekillenen olayların ve bu olayların çocuklar üzerindeki etkilerinin ele alınması; onların gerçek hayatı öğrenmelerini, insanları tanımalarını, onlarla empati kurmalarını ve dolayısıyla da sosyal gelişimlerini tamamlanmalarını sağlar. Bu araştırmada göç ve göçmenlik konusunu ele alan “Benim Adım Hiç Kimse”, “Hitler Oyuncağımı Çaldı”, “Kuş Olsam Evime Uçsam” ve “Küçük Göçmen” isimli eserlerde bu konuların hangi yönleriyle, ne şekilde okuyucuya aktarılmak istendiğinin ve eserlerin çocuğa görelik ve çocuk gerçekliğine uygun olup olmadığının belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmada, araştırılması hedeflenen olgu veya olgular hakkında bilgi içeren yazılı materyallerin analizini kapsayan nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan doküman incelemesi kullanılmıştır.
Bu araştırmada incelenen eserlerde, göç eden çocukların yaşadığı sorunların 1. Ötekileştirme, 2. Yoksulluk/Maddi Zorluklar, 3. Korku ve Endişe ekseninde birleştiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Eserlerde, göçmen çocukların sosyal yaşamları, psikolojik durumları, kendine güven duyguları, kimlik arayışları gibi konuların ayrıntılı bir şekilde ele alındığı görülmektedir. Eserlerin toplumun göçmenlere bakış açısını ortaya koyduğu, onlarla empati kurmaya dolayısıyla da toplumla kaynaşmasına olanak sağladığı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
İncelenen eserlerde özellikle savaş temasının, çocuğa göreliğe uygun bir şekilde işlenmediği görülmektedir. Özellikle eserler sorun odaklı bir anlayışla ortaya koyulduğu zaman çocuğa göreliğin göz ardı edildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu noktada yazarların daha duyarlı olması, okuyucu kitlesi olan çocukların dünyayı algılama biçimlerine uygun eserler ortaya koymaları beklenmektedir.

In this research, in the works titled "My Name Is Nobody", " When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit ", "If I Were a Bird, If I Fly Home" and "The Little Immigrant", which deal with the subject of immigration and immigration, it is aimed to convey the aspects of these subjects to the reader and how the works are suitable for children and children. It is aimed to determine whether it is true to reality or not.
In the study, document analysis, which is one of the qualitative research methods, which includes the analysis of written materials containing information about the phenomenon or cases aimed to be investigated, was used.
In the works examined in this research, it has been concluded that the problems experienced by immigrant children are combined in the axis of 1. Othering, 2. Poverty/Material Difficulties, 3. Fear and Anxiety. It is seen that the social lives of immigrant children, their psychological state, feelings of self-confidence, and their search for identity are discussed in detail. It has been concluded that the works reveal the society's point of view towards immigrants, enable them to empathize with them and thus enable them to integrate with the society. In the works examined within the scope of the research, it is seen that especially the war theme is not handled in a way suitable for the child. It has been concluded that especially when the works are presented with a problem-oriented approach, the appropriateness to the child is ignored. At this point, writers should be more sensitive and produce works that are suitable for the way children perceive the world.
