Abstract:

The phenomenon of globalization has been a significant development in the economic, political and social fields, especially in the last quarter of the century, which has rapidly increased its impact. Today, every region of the world, all kinds of scientific disciplines and all fields of business, in short, every subject of humanity, has become a situation that changes shape as a result of globalization. One of the most significant elements of change in this process, without a doubt, was the sovereignty of the nation-state and nation-state. The development of communication technologies, the rapid spread of neoclassical thought in the world, the small state phenomenon has emerged, and in this sense the area of sovereignty of the state is limited on the one hand, while on the other hand has become largely transformed.
