Dinamik gelişimsel uygulamaları hayata geçirme konusunda önemli rolleri bulunan örgütlerin değişime uyum sağlamak amacıyla sürekli öğrenme becerileri kazanarak başarılı yöntemleri inşa etmeye ihtiyaçları bulunmaktadır. Tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de Covid 19 pandemisi sürecinde milyonlarca öğrenci uzaktan eğitim yöntemlerini kullanarak ve eğitimde dijital içeriklerden faydalanarak evde eğitimlerini gerçekleştirmektedirler. Bu dijital içerikler, MEB Yenilik ve Eğitim Teknolojileri Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından öğrenci ve öğretmenlerin kullanımına sunulan EBA (eğitim bilişim ağı) aracılığıyla sağlanmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin ve öğrencilerin EBA’yı etkin kullanmalarını gerektiren bu süreçte EBA’ya yönelik tutumların incelenmesi araştırmanın problemini oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin Eğitim Bilişim Ağı platformuna yönelik tutumlarının incelenmesidir. Araştırmada kolay ulaşılabilirlik örneklem yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul İli, Avcılar İlçesinde görev yapan 1308 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma modeli olarak nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak ‘‘EBA Bilişim Ağı Tutum Ölçeği’’ ve demografik bilgi formu kullanılmış ve elde edilen veriler SPSS 15.0 paket programı kullanılarak t-testi ve ANOVA testleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada kullanılan ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha iç tutarlılık katsayısı .94 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre, katılımcı öğretmenlerin EBA’ya yönelik tutumlarının genel olarak olumlu düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. Yaş, okul türü, hizmet yılı değişkenine göre ölçeğin her iki alt boyutlarında anlamlı farklılık ortaya çıkarken, cinsiyet ve eğitim durumu değişkenine ilişkin ölçeğin alt boyutlarında istatiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gözlenmemiştir.
Organizations with important roles in implementing dynamic development practices need to build successful methods by acquiring continuous learning skills in order to adapt to change. Like all over the world, in our country, millions of students in the Covid 19 pandemic process, using remote learning methods and taking advantage of digital content in their education, perform their education at home. These digital content is provided through the EBA (Education Information Network), which is provided for use by the MEB Directorate General of Innovation and Education Technologies for students and teachers. The study of attitudes towards the EBA in this process that requires teachers and students to use the EBA effectively creates the problem of research. The aim of this study is to study the attitudes of teachers towards the Education Information Network platform. The research has used the easy-to-access sample method. The sample of the study consists of 1308 teachers working in the Hunting District of Istanbul in the 2019-2020 educational year. As a research model, a scanning model from quantum research methods was used. As a data collection tool, the "EBA Information Network Attitude Scale" and demographic information form used and obtained data were analyzed using the SPSS 15.0 package program with t-test and ANOVA tests. The Cronbach Alpha internal consistency ratio of the scale used in this study is calculated as .94. According to the research, the attitudes of the participating teachers towards the EBA are generally positive. There are significant differences in both subdimensions of the scale depending on the age, school type, service year variable, while there are no statistically significant differences in the subdimensions of the scale relating to the gender and educational status variable.
