Sosyal Bilgiler Ders Kitaplarında ve Öğretim Programlarında Değişen ve Değişmeyen Göç Olgusunun İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Bu araştırma, 2005 yılından 2020 yılına geçen süreçte göç olgusunun Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretim Programı ve ders kitaplarında nasıl şekillendiğini anlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada incelenmek üzere doküman olarak 2005 ve 2018 öğretim programlarına bağlı olarak 2005, 2015 ve 2020 yıllarında Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, Talim ve Terbiye Kurulu tarafından ortaokullarda okutulması kararlaştırılan ders kitapları seçilmiştir. Araştırmada tümevarımsal analizden yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler satır satır kodlama yapılarak kodlara ulaşılmış, kodlardan temalara ve sonrasında bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada, 2005 yılından 2020 yılına kadar geçen süreçte göç konusunun ders kitaplarında genellikle iç göç ve dış göç bağlamında şekillendiği, 2015 ve 2020 yıllarında göçe ilişkin farklı bakış açılarının ders kitaplarında ele alınmaya başlandığı, ancak göç olgusunun ders kitaplarında sınırlı bir değişime uğradığı bulunmuştur.

Abstract:

This study aims to understand how the migration phenomenon was formed in the Social Information Curriculum and Curriculum from 2005 to 2020. In the research, the method of document examination from the quality research methods was used. As a document to be studied in the study, the 2005 and 2018 curricula programmes dependent on the 2005, 2015 and 2020 years, the National Ministry of Education, the Education and Education Council agreed to be taught in high schools. The research has been used by analyst analysis. The data obtained is made by line-line coding to the codes, from the codes to the themes and afterwards to the findings. The study found that in the course from 2005 to 2020, the issue of migration was usually formed in the curriculum in the context of domestic and foreign migration, the different perspectives of migration began to be discussed in the curriculum in 2015 and 2020, but the fact of migration had a limited change in the curriculum.

Investigation Of Changing and Unchanging Migration Phenomenon In Social Studies Textbooks and The Curricula

This research aims to understand how the phenomenon of migration has been shaped in the Social Studies curricula and textbooks in the period from 2005 to 2020. In the research, document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The textbooks decided to be taught in secondary schools by the Ministry of National Education, Board of Education and Discipline in 2005, 2015 and 2020 were selected as the document for examination in the research, depending on the 2005 and 2018 curricula. Inductive analysis was used in the study. The obtained data were first analyzed via line by line coding, then the themes and findings were found. In the study, it was found that in the period from 2005 to 2020, the subject of migration was excessively shaped in the textbooks limited within the context of internal migration and external migration, and in 2015 and 2020, different perspectives on migration began to be addressed in the textbooks, but the phenomenon of migration was a subject of a limited change in the textbooks.
