So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Uterine prolapse represents the herniation of the uterus into or beyond the vagina as a result of failure of the sustaining ligaments and of the fascia that supports it. When it coexists with prolapse of the vaginal walls, involving the bladder it is called uterine prolapse associated with cystocele and when it coexists with prolapse of the rectum is called uterine prolapse associated with enterocele. The prevalence of the pelvic organ prolapse is uncertain, previous studies showing a prevalence between 2.9% and 41% of women. The following case is that of a 63-year-old patient who required a multidis- ciplinary approach given the complexity of the case, the comorbidities associated with the pathology and the patient’s personal pathological history.
