Abstract:

This study was done with the aim of identifying the flora of the Ege coastline located within the borders of Fishesir, Izmir, Aydin and Muğla provinces located in the western Anatolia (Ederemit Gulf-Gökova Gulf). Plant samples were periodically collected and pressed from the field of study in 2007-2008 and converted into herbaryum material. According to the study, 84 families and 397 species in the region have identified 777 plant taxons at six levels. The 17 species are endemic and the total flora is proportional. It is 2.18 percent. Distribution of detected taxons to phytocographic areas: 200 of them are the Mediterranean element (25.7%, 127 of them Eastern Mediterranean element (16.3%, 30 of them Europe-Siberia (3.8%, 10 of them Iran-Turan (1.3%, 2 of them are the Western Mediterranean element and Omni Mediterranean element (0.2%), 408 taxons (52.5%) are cosmopolitan and unknown taxons in the area of spread. The family with the most species are the families of Fabaceae (94 species), Asteraceae (89), Poaceae (86), Umbelliferae (34) and Caryophyllaceae (29). The most taxon-containing species are Trifolium (24 taxons), Ranunculus (14), Silene (12), Medicago (12), Plantago (10), Anthemis (9). 42 species are listed in the IUCN Red List. These are Verbascum Maeandri in danger (EN), Ranunculus isthmicus subsp. There is a liquidambar orientalis. The integriloba, Centaurea polyclada, C. tomentosa, Verbascum vacillans and Sternbergia schubertii species are listed in the risk categories. Most of the remaining species are listed in the LC (Less Worrying) category.
