Gazete mecraları toplumu bilgilendirme bağlamında medya olgusunun önemli bir parçasını teşkil etmektedir. Dolayısıyla mevcut içerikleriyle okuyuculara ulaşarak görevini ifa eden gazeteler; politikadan spora, kültürden sanata ve magazinden aktüel gelişmelere kadar geniş bir haber ağını bünyesinde barındırmaktadır. Ekonomi haberciliği de gazetelerin önemli bir içerik parçası olarak kabul görmektedir ve gerek ulusal gerekse ulus ötesi iktisadi gelişmeleri yansıtabilmesi ekseninde ehemmiyet arz etmektedir. Zira bireyler ekonomik gelişmeleri takip edebilmek ve bir senteze varabilmek açısından yazılı basını etkin bir medya aracı olarak değerlendirebilmektedir. Bununla birlikte gazeteler aracılığıyla güvenilir bilgileri elde etme ihtiyacı güden bireyler, ekonomik gelişmelere her türlü manipülasyondan uzak biçimde erişmeyi istemektedir. Bu minvalde yürütülen mevcut çalışmanın merkezini ekonomi haberciliği oluşturmaktadır ve gazetelerdeki ekonomi haberciliğinin boyutunu bilimsel çerçevede aktarabilmek amacıyla tirajı yüksek ulusal gazeteler, araştırma sürecinde örneklem olarak alınmıştır. İlgili amaç doğrultusunda içerik analiziyle Sabah, Sözcü ve Akşam gazetelerinin ekonomi haberciliğine dair içerikleri irdelenmiştir. Netice olarak elde edilen veriler nitel ve nicel bağlamda sunulmaya çalışılmıştır ve grafikler/tablolar üzerinden tartışılmıştır.
Newspapers make up an important part of the media fact in the context of public information. Therefore, the newspapers that reach the readers with their current content perform their task, from politics to sport, from culture to art and magazines to current developments, have a broad news network within them. Economic news is also recognized as an important part of the content of the newspapers, and it provides awareness in the axis that it can reflect national or transnational economic developments. Because individuals can evaluate written press as an effective media tool in terms of being able to track economic developments and reach a synthesis. However, individuals who need to obtain reliable information through newspapers want to access economic developments away from any kind of manipulation. The center of the current study carried out in this minval is economic news and the scale of economic news in the newspapers in a scientific framework, the high national newspapers have been taken as examples in the research process. In accordance with the relevant purpose, the content analysis of the Morning, Speech and Evening newspaper’s economic news content has been drawn up. The resulting data was tried to be presented in a qualitative and quantitative context and discussed through graphics/tablets.
Newspapers constitute an important part of the media fact in terms of informing the public. Therefore, newspapers that fulfill their duties by reaching readers with their current content; contains a wide news network from politics to sports, from culture to art and from magazine to current developments. Economic journalism is also regarded as an important piece of content for newspapers and is important in terms of reflecting both national and transnational economic developments. Because individuals can evaluate the print media as an effective media tool in order to follow economic developments and reach a synthesis. On the other hand, individuals who need to obtain reliable information through newspapers want to have access to economic developments without any manipulation. In this respect, economic journalism constitutes the center of the current study and national newspapers with high circulation were determined as samples in the research process in order to convey the dimension of economic journalism in newspapers with a scientific framework. Accordingly the contents of the newspapers Sabah, Sözcü and Akşam on economy journalism were examined with content analysis. As a result, the data were tried to be presented in a qualitative and quantitative context and discussed over graphs/tables.
