Abstract:

For the purpose of drawing up a judicial report, the five facts sent to our maternity department, the impact of the post-traumatic psychiatric table on the report's outcome in terms of simple medical intervention was discussed and the objective was to draw attention to the importance of psychiatric examination in the judicial medical assessment. Three of the effective actions sent to our department of anatomy, two of them are described in the medical documents of the incidents injured as a result of a vehicle traffic accident, traumatic injury that can be removed by simple medical intervention such as eczimoz and laseration. The psychiatric consultation resulted in four cases of "trauma post-stress disorder" and in one case of "acute stress disorder". In addition to evaluating the physical findings of trauma events as well as making mental evaluations, we believe that it is important to consider psychiatric clinics when necessary, in the exact identification of the pathology that occurs in the person after trauma.
