Abstract:

This study aims to identify the bibliometric characteristics of the articles in the Accounting and Finance Journal from the preliminary magazines of the accounting and finance field between 2014-2020 years, in the context of various parameters. In the study, the current situation was revealed by examining 370 articles with the method of content analysis. According to the research findings, the most article was published in 2020, the least article was published in 2014; the articles used more quality research methods than quantum research methods. Content Analysis and Example Event Analysis are the most commonly used analysis techniques in articles. It has been found that the pages of the published articles are at least 12, with a maximum of 32 pages, and that the articles use more foreign sources than local sources. The most of the articles were prepared by the writers working at the University of Uludağ, the University of Nine September and the University of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy, and the 370 published articles were found to have used a total of 1,393 keywords, including at least 136 in 2014 and at least 250 in 2020. Most of the study was determined by doctors' teaching members.
