Değerlerin başlangıcı ailede başlar. Çocuğa rol model olan kişiler anne, baba ve kardeşleridir. Çocuk doğduğu andan itibaren ilk eğitimini, iyiyi, kötüyü, doğruyu, yanlışı ebeveynlerini aracılığı ile öğrenir. Ebeveynler tutum ve davranışlarına çok dikkat etmelidir. Değerler eğitiminin amacı çocuğun kişiliğini her yönüyle geliştirmesini sağlamak; insânî mükemmelliğe ulaşmasına yardımcı olmak; bireyi ve toplumu kötü ahlâktan korumak ve kurtarmak, bunun yanında iyi ahlâkla donatmak ve bunun devamını sağlamaktır. Çocuklara verilecek milli ve manevi duyguların temeli ailede başlar ve süreci okul öncesi eğitim takip eder. Değerleri kazanmada okul öncesi eğitimin önemi çok fazladır. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerimiz ve okulun çalışan personelleri de dahil olmak okul çalışanlarına büyük görev düşmektedir. En büyük sorumluluk öğretmenlerimize düşmekte olup, öğretmenlerimizin çocuklarımıza milli değerlerimizi belirli gün ve haftalarda yapılan etkinlikler ve manevi değerlerimizi oyun, drama, gurup çalışması vb… etkinliklerle çocuklarımıza aktarabilmesiyle sağlanacaktır. Öğretmenlerimizin değerler eğitimi konusunda ailelerle iletişime geçerek bazı etkinliklerde aileden destek alarak ve bazen yapılan etkinlikleri pekiştirme amacıyla ev etkinliği adı altında ev ödevi verebilir. Örneğin bu hafta işlenen konu büyüklere saygı bu konuda aileyi haberdar ederek ailelerin bu değer konusunda çocukla evde yapacağı etkinlik ve ailenin rol model olması eğitimi daha çok pekiştirecektir.

Pre-school education is very important in gaining values. School staff, including our preschool teachers and the staff working at the school, have a major role to play. The greatest responsibility falls to our teachers and will be ensured by our teachers transferring our national values to our children through activities carried out on certain days and weeks and our spiritual values through games, drama, group activities, etc. By contacting families about the values education of our teachers, they can give homework under the name of home activity with the support of family in some activities and sometimes to reinforce the activities done. For instance, respecting the adults this week will inform the family about this value, and the activities that families will do at home with the child about this value and the role model of the family will further reinforce the education.
