Abstract:

In this study it is intended to be examined the Turkish teacher candidates' attitudes of digital pedagogical qualification aiming to determine the ability to use/create digital tools within the framework of technological changes taking place in education with “Opportunities for Enhancement Technology in Education Improvement Act” (Fatih) Project in terms of various variables. In the collection of data of the study conducted by the descriptive model, Digital Pedagogical Qualification Questionnaire (DPYÖ) developed by Yaman, Aydemir and Demirtas (2013) was used. With this measuring tool, digital pedagogical competence of the Turkish teacher candidates were evaluated whether they vary at a significant level in terms of sex, grade, age, parents' education, computer and internet using level of information variables. According to the findings; it has been reached that Turkish teacher candidates' digital pedagogical qualifications indicate a significant difference in terms of gender, age, computer and internet using level; but it hasn't shown a significant difference in terms of class level, parents' educational level variables.
