Hadis rivayetlerini de içine alan haberlerin aynı düzeyde nakledilmediği bir gerçektir. Bazı haberler, kaynağından çıktığı an itibariyle yalan üzere birleşmesi mümkün olmayan kitleler tarafından nakledilirken bazıları da daha az kişi tarafından aktarılmıştır. Bununla birlikte belirli dönemlerde yaygın bir şekilde kullanılan ve mütevâtir derecesine ulaşan kimi haberler, sonraki dönemlerde daha az nakledilip âhâd seviyesine düşebilmekte veya bunun aksi durumu söz konusu olabilmektedir. Haberlerin nakli hususunda ittifak edilen görüş ise ameli konularda âhâd haberlerin geçerli olması, itikad ve usûl konularında ise sadece mütevâtir haberlerin itibara alınmasıdır. Bir usûl konusu olan icmâ‘ rivayetlerinin nakil durumu ve bilgi değeri alimler tarafından tartışılmıştır. İlk dönemden itibaren farklı mezheplere müntesip alimler tarafından tartışılan icmâ‘ rivayetleri, haberlerin nakli konusunda farklı yaklaşımların ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Zira kesin bilgi ifade etmesi gereken bir konu olan icmâ‘ın günümüze ulaşan hadis eserlerindeki dayanağını âhâd rivayetler oluşturmaktadır. İcmâ‘ ile ilgili rivayetleri akli açıdan ele alıp tartışan alimlerden biri de akli istidlal metoduyla ön plana çıkan Mu‘tezile Mezhebi’ne mensup olan Kādî Abdülcebbâr’dır (ö. 415/1025). O, konuyla ilgili rivayetleri ve bunların ifade ettiği veya edeceği bilgi değeri hakkında açıklamalarda bulunmuştur. Bu çalışmamızda Kādî Abdülcebbâr’ın icmâ‘ rivayetlerinin nakline yönelik yaklaşımını ele almaya çalışacağız. Bu yaklaşım, bir dönem mütevâtir derecesinde nakledilen ancak daha sonraları bu niteliği kaybeden usûl ile ilgili bir konunun ifade edeceği bilgi değerine ışık tutacaktır.
It is a fact that the news that contains the hadiths is not transmitted at the same level. Some news is transmitted by the crowds that are unable to unite by lies as soon as they come from their source, while some are transmitted by less people. However, some news that are widely used in certain periods and reach a modest degree may be transmitted to a lower level in subsequent periods or otherwise. İt is a fact that the news that includes the hadith narrations are not transmitted at the same level. Some announcement were transmitted by the masses at the time they came from the source, while others were transmitted by fewer people. However, some narration, which is widely used in certain periods and reaches a mutawatir level, may be less transmitted in later periods and fall to the level of ahad habar. Therefore, some changes occur in the value of information which expressed by such narration. İcmâ, which is a subject that should express certain information, is transmissed via ahad narrations. On the other hand, the allied opinion regarding the transmission of ahad habar was accepted as valid way in the practic, but only mutawatir habar in terms of belief and methodological matters. However, the status and knowledge value of the narratives of icmâ in terms of quotation have been discussed by scholars. Therefore, from the first period, the narrations of icmâ have been discussed by different scholars from different denominations, which led to different approaches to the transmission of habar. One of the prominent approaches belongs to Kadi Abdulcabbar. He evaluated the narrations about icmâ in view of reasoning. Kadi Abdulcabbar handled the narratives in the historical process and made statements about the value of the information are expressed. In this study, we will try to examine the approach of Kādî Abdülcebbâr in the light of his methodology for the evaluation of icma narrations.
