Abstract:

The aim of this study is to thoroughly examine the thoughts of individuals who are working as classmates on the subject of postgraduate education and to present some recommendations to ensure an increase in participation in postgraduate education. In the study, the facts of the scientific patterns of the quality research were used. The research group is composed of 24 class teachers who are employed in the primary school and are determined using the cartridge (chaining) sample technique. The research developed a semi-configured interview question form consisting of five matters open end questions for teachers as a data collection tool. In the analysis of the obtained data, the opinions of class teachers participating in the study appear to be generally positive about postgraduate education, while the postgraduate education perceptions have been in the form of "personal development", "super-related improvement", "social reputation", "quality life", "many work" and "happiness". The research finds that elements such as "professional", "system", "economic", "social" and "family" are effective in teachers' graduate education decisions. What should be done to increase the participation of teachers who participate in this study in postgraduate education is ranked in the forms of "the improvement of vocational rights", "economic achievements", "the absence of torpedo", "incentive seminars" and "systemic arrangements must be made". The findings obtained were discussed in accordance with the results of the study.
