Çalışmamızın konusuna ilişkin bilgilendirme yapmadan önce belirtmemiz gerekir ki Kur’ân-ı Kerim, nâzil olduğu günden bu yana insanların dikkatini çekmiş ve inanan, inanmayan pek çok kişi onunla meşgul olmuştur. Kur’ân’ın tenzili, âyet ve sûreleri, tertibi de üzerindeçok çalışma yapılan alanlardandır. Yapılan çalışmalarda metinleşme sürecine, âyet ve sûrelerin tertibine dair görüşler dile getirilmiştir. Biz çalışmamız da Kur’ân’ı Kerim’in metinleşmesi sürecine dair görüşlere, âyet ve sûrelerin tertibinin tevkîfiliği meselesi bağlamında ifade edilen görüşleri ele alıp değerlendirmelerine yer verdik. Çalışmamızda metinleşme sürecini ele alırken konunun daha iyi kavranması adına Kur’ân-ı Kerim’in Cebrail’e ve Hz. Peygamber’e inzâli şeklinin nasıllığı hususlarına, âyetlerin ve çalışmamızın omurgasını oluşturan sûrelerin tertibi sürecine, süreçle alakalı görüşlere ve değerlendirmelere yer verdik. Makalemiz ile alanda mezkûr konulara dair derli toplu bir çalışmanın eksikliğini gidermeyi temenni ediyoruz. Bu makale bütün bu konulara dair cevaplar vermeyi ve tüm yönleri ile kapsamlı, özgün ve hakiki bir makale olmayı amaçlar.
