Systemic lupus erythematosus malignity is a chronic autoimmune disease that is seen with a wide spectrum of detection and narcotic organs. To date, there are publications that report increased malignity in autoimmune diseases, but there are also publications that report no meaningful difference between them and normal population. Here we a case in a female patient of 52 years of age with a 20-year SLE history showing a vulvar invasive squamocellular carcinom association. Only 4 SLE phenomena have previously been in literature about the relationship with vulvar or vaginal cancer. This phenomenon is important because it is the second detailed example after the 25-year-old SLE patient that has been previously in literature. Systemic lupus erythematosus, Vulvar Cancer A CASE OF SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS ASSOCIATED WITH VULVAR INVASIVE SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA Systemic lupus erythematosus is a chronic autoimmune disease whose long-term sequelae may include many types of comorbidity, including neoplasia. The association between SLE and malignancy has as yet not been established and it is still debatable whether SLE patients have an increased incidence of cancer overall compared to the general population. However, several studies have demonstrated a possible relationship between SLE and several neoplasia. We report a case of invasive vulvar squamous cell carcinoma occurring in a 52-year-old SLE patient. Only four cases of vaginal/vulvar cancer associated with SLE have previously been mentioned in the literature. To the best of our knowledge, this is the second detailed case report in the literature of vulvar invasive squamous cell carcinoma in a SLE patient.
