Abstract:

Today, each society is struggling to educate future generations in prosperity and happiness, to ensure the sustainability of their cultural foundations. In this direction, he strives to create his own educational system by following modern learning models. For this purpose, it must be in an effort aimed at accessing contemporary education by continuously updating the educational and teaching models in the existing classical practices. For the realization of a society’s material and spiritual development, the views are spreading that the educational system will be student-centric, and that children and youth’s learning trends will be implemented by the “forming learning model”, the latest method of learning. In social, economic and cultural terms, societies that are experiencing significant changes and transformations must educate their generations to protect their national interests in international relations by modern methods in accordance with the conditions of the day. In our time, some educators believe that the individual’s self-renovation and the ability to find a reasonable solution to the life problems he encounters are related to the ability to form in his memory what he learned and the tendency to use his ability in this direction. The durability of the learned is largely related to memory. Memory and learning are processes that complement each other. Memory covers processes of formatting in similar directions, such as coding, storing, returning. In particular, the "forming learning model" which is increasingly focused on the studies in the field of education in the Western countries has also attracted the attention of educators in our country, some studies on the subject have been done. In this study, a literary scan on the concept and scope of "forming learning model" has been made, and the definition and expressions related to the subject have been attracted to the recognition of the model in Turkey. It is based on the existing definitions that a general assessment has been made and the objective in this direction is to determine the scope of the subject. This study, Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University School of Education, Education Sciences Main Science Department and P.D.R. It was performed with the participation of ten (10) specialists working in the Anabilimdaly. The participants were interviewed with four open end questions. In the research, comparative analysis technique has been used for quality data analysis. As a result, it has been stated that the planning and evaluation processes in education are inseparably connected. Academics aim to actively increase their participation in educational activities by observing students’ interest and participation levels at each stage of the teaching process. It is also stated that teachers and academics create a portfolio by recording their educational and teaching processes, encouraging and providing effective and efficient work.
