Teknolojik alandaki gelişmelere üretim süreçlerinde yoğun olarak yer verilmesi mal ve hizmetlerin üretim süreçlerinde önemli değişimlere yol açmaktadır. Mal ve hizmet üretiminde yaşanan bu değişim doğrudan endüstri ilişkilerine etki etmekte ve yeni çalışma ilişkileri ortaya çıkmaktadır. Ortaya çıkan bu yeni çalışma ilişkileri aynı zamanda sendikal örgütlenme üzerinde önemli gelişmelere yol açmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda teknolojideki yeni gelişmelerin sendikacılık üzerinde önemli etkileri olduğu söylenebilir. Bu bilgiler ışığında gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada yeni teknolojilerin sendikal örgütlenme üzerindeki etkileri ele alınmıştır. Yeni teknolojilerin temelinde sendikacılığın mevcut yapısı ve yaşanan dönüşümler ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu yönüyle gerçekleştirilen çalışma aynı zamanda sendikacılıkta geleneksellikten modernizme geçiş sürecini teknoloji temelli ele alan bir süreci ortaya koymaktadır.
The intensive use of technological developments in production processes leads to significant changes in the production processes of goods and services. This change in the production of goods and services directly affects industrial relations and new labor relations emerge. These new labor relations also lead to important developments in trade union organization. In this respect, it can be said that new developments in technology have significant effects on unionization. In the light of this information, this study examines the effects of new technologies on trade union organization. On the basis of new technologies, the current structure of trade unionism and the transformations experienced were tried to be revealed. In this respect, the study also reveals a technology-based process of transition from traditionalism to modernism in trade unionism.
