Three new species nematoda fauna of the Türkiye belongs to Tylenchidae (Tylenchida: Nematoda) family

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada Ağustos-1991'de Kızılcahamam(Ankara) ve Nisan-1997'de Gönen(Balıkesir) ilçelerindeki çeltik( Oryza sativa L.) ekiliş alanlarından alınan 20 adet toprak örneği incelenmiştir. Alınan örneklerden elde edilen bitki paraziti nematodlardan Tylenchidae(Tylenchida:Nematoda) familyasına ait türlerin teşhisleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmada bu familyaya ait Tylenchus ritai Siddiqi, 1963, Coslenchus diversus Lal and Khan, 1987 ve C.multigyrus Siddiqi, 1981 olmak üzere Türkiye nematod faunası için 3 yeni tür tespit edilmiştir. Saptanan türlerin morfolojik ve morfometrik özellikleri, sinonimleri, görülen varyasyonlar, çalışma kapsamına giren alanlardaki yayılışı, literatürde kayıtlı yayılışı ve habitatları verilmiştir.
