Bu çalışmada kamu politikaları eğitimi alanında Türkiye özelinde son dönemde yaşanan kurumsallaşma çabaları, son dönemde açılan kamu politikaları anabilim dalları ve yüksek lisans programları bağlamında incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla bu anabilim dalları ve yüksek lisans programlarının kuruluş süreçlerinde görev alan 11 akademik ve idari personel ile derinlemesine mülakatlar yapılarak söz konusu kurumsallaşma süreçlerinde yaşanan sorunlar tespit edilmiş ve bu sorunların çözümüne yönelik çözüm önerileri ortaya konulmuştur. Böylece mevcut kamu politikası birimlerinin ve programlarının değerlendirilmesi ve potansiyel kurumsallaşma süreçleri için öneriler geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
in this study, the efforts of institutionalization in the last period of turkey in the field of public policies education have been studied in the context of anabilim branches and high licensing programs in the last period, for this purpose, these anabilim branches and senior licensing programs are conducted in-depth interviews with 11 academic and administrative staff, and the problems experienced in the processes of institutionalization were determined, and the solution recommendations for the solution of these problems were revealed, so that the current public policy units and programs are intended to evaluate and develop recommendations for potential institutionalization processes
