Suç haberinin alınmasıyla başlayan soruşturma evresinde ceza muhakemesi hukukunun süjelerinden olan mağdura 5271 sayılı Ceza Muhakemesi Kanunu 1412 sayılı CMUK’tan farklı olarak daha geniş haklar tanımıştır. Bu hakların neler olduğu çalışmamızda açıklanacaktır. Çalışmamızın amacı Türk ceza yargılamasında soruşturma evresinde mağdur haklarını ve yükümlülüklerini açıklayarak hak ihlallerinin önüne geçmektir.

These rights are described in our study. Purpose of this study to avoid the human rights violations by explaining the rights and obligations of the victim in the Turkish criminal justice during the investigation process
