Bu çalışmanın amacı, paternalist liderlik yaklaşımını benimseyen okul müdürlerinin okul kültürü üzerindeki etkilerini, okul müdürlerinin öğretmenler tarafından algılanan paternalist liderlik davranışları ve öğretmenlerin okul kültürü algılarının demografik değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği, öğretmenlerin paternalist liderlik algısı ile okul müdürüne güven düzeyi arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir.
