The employer’s brand is defined as a package of functional, economic, and psychological benefits provided by the employer and is expressed as identifiable with employment. From the socio-demographic elements thought to be affecting the formation of the employer’s brand, gender, age, educational status, professional role, monthly earnings and brand work training have been studied in five-star hotels operating in the province of Antalya, where there is a difference according to the situation of participation. The score distribution of the data obtained by the survey method is not normally distributed, so it was evaluated by Mann WhitneyU and Kruskal WallisH tests from non-parametric statistics. The results of the analysis have found that there are no significant differences in the formation of the employer’s brand in terms of gender, but there are significant differences in terms of age, education status, professional role, monthly earnings and the status of participation in the training of the brand work.
