Psikolojik Danışmanların Gözünden Uzaktan Eğitim Sürecinde Psikolojik Hizmetler

Abstract:

COVID-19 pandemisi bireylerin günlük yaşamında ve okul hayatında yeni düzenlemeler yapılmasını gerektirdi. Okullarda verilen rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma hizmetleri okulun ve öğrencilerin ihtiyaçlarına göre şekillenmekte ve yapılacak olan çalışmalar bu ihtiyaçlara göre planlanmaktadır. Eğitimin uzaktan bir şekilde planlandığı pandemi sürecinde okullarda görevli psikolojik danışmanlar da çalışmalarını online olarak yeniden düzenleme ihtiyacı duydular. Bu araştırmada amaç okullarda görevli psikolojik danışmanların pandemi sürecinde gerçekleştirdikleri düzenlemeler, yaptıkları çalışmalar ve bu çalışmaların etkililiğiyle ilgili görüşlerinin ortaya çıkarılmasıdır. Farklı eğitim kademelerinde görevli 28 (7=erkek, 21=kadın) psikolojik danışman ile yarı yapılandırılmış form uygulandı. Yapılan nitel görüşmelerin tematik analizi sonucunda dört ana tema belirlendi: “Öğrencilerin Desteğe İhtiyaç Duydukları Konular”, “Avantajlar”, “Karşılaşılan Zorluklar” ve “Öğrenciye Ulaşmada Kullanılan Yöntemler”. Elde edilen bulgular çerçevesinde psikolojik yardım hizmeti sunan profesyonellere pratik öneriler sunuldu.

Psychological services in the process of distance learning from the eyes of psychological consultants

COVID-19 pandemic requires new regulations in the daily and school life of individuals. The guidance and psychological consultancy services provided in schools are shaped according to the needs of the school and the students and the work to be done is planned according to these needs. During the pandemic process in which education was planned on a distance, psychological consultants in schools also needed to reorganize their work online. The aim of this study is to reveal the arrangements that psychological consultants in schools perform in the pandemic process, their studies and their opinions on the effectiveness of these studies. 28 (7=male, 21=female) psychological consultants and semi-configured forms were applied in different educational stages. As a result of the thematic analysis of the qualification discussions, four main topics were identified: "Themes that students need support", "Advantages", "Treatening difficulties" and "Methods Used in Student Access". In the framework of the findings obtained, practical recommendations were presented to professionals who provide psychological assistance services.
