Abstract:

The coronavirus epidemic has negatively affected the supply of health care services and access to health care services around the world. During this process, countries have been forced to fight both the treatment of coronavirus patients and have tried to keep access to the service to other patients. Because social distance is one of the most important elements in the prevention of the spread of the disease, tele-trip services have been a way out to ensure access to the service for individuals in need of health care. It includes identification, consultation, treatment and information services performed at different locations using telecommunications technologies to provide health services to a patient or a community section. During this process, many countries have been trying to provide health care to individuals by taking advantage of various tele-type services. This has made the countries understand what level they are in the tele-trip services and how necessary these services are. With the tele-trip services used in this process, patients and individuals with chronic illnesses were able to be traced and treated from a distance, the intensity in hospitals was reduced, the workload of health professionals was reduced, the spread of the infection factor was tried to prevent and individuals were included in their own health management. In this way, it is aimed at conducting a more effective fight against the corona virus disease. This study has pointed to the areas of use and effectiveness of tele-trip services in the fight against the corona virus. There are also approaches to solving problems related to tele-type in literature.
