The world community conducts scientific and theoretical research in the field of improving language teaching technologies, developing sociocultural knowledge, skills and abilities of students, developing the theoretical foundations for continuous improvement of language learning skills. Work is underway to introduce new models for the formation of students' speech skills, information search skills to acquire sufficient knowledge and skills for the professional training of future specialists. The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to further improve the system of studying foreign languages”1 marked fundamental reforms in the republic in the system of teaching foreign languages to young people, including Russian, and the training of teachers capable of using modern technologies at the level of world standards. Conditions and opportunities have been created for the wide access of future specialists to recognized information and educational programs for teaching foreign languages. Therefore, today the issue of developing scientific and methodological foundations for teaching future teachers of the Russian language theory and practical skills by means of media technologies is acute.
