Abstract:

In this study, the aim is to develop a web-based content management system that can provide coordination of complex and different formats of learning objects according to quality standards in order to support the laboratory applications of teachers candidates in the higher education information ecosystem. The process of development of the web-based content management system for teachers’ candidates to support laboratory courses is modeled on the basis of pedagogical quality, content quality and technological quality standards. The development process in the research designed with the creative problem solving model consists of 6 stages: problem identification, creative idea, solution production, decision-making-the best idea/solution selection, design-solution development, application-evaluation and re-design-reform. In the faculty of education, the e-system skills structured according to the requirements of a specific field of discipline are established in such a way that they can be restructed according to the needs of other disciplines. The creative problem-solving model established in a row-structured development process was finally developed a web-based content management system and applied to the teacher candidates. Web-based content management system, content management system quality rubric (YSKR) and student interview form are evaluated. The process of modeling is completed with rearrangements based on student perception levels and reflections for the quality of the web-based-content management system developed with the case study. It is believed that the development of the web-based content management system and the presentation of a comprehensive model for teachers candidates to contribute to the e-system development work they can carry out laboratory work may contribute to the relevant research in the field.
