Deney grubundaki akvaryumlara, 0.25 mM, 0.50 mM dozlarda ENU uygulanmıştır. Alınan zebra balığı testis dokusuna rutin histolojik işlemler uygulanmıştır. Doz ve uygulama süresinin artışına bağlı olarak deney gruplarının testis dokusunda, seminifer tübüllerde yapısal bozulmalar ve vakuolizasyon, spermatogenetik seriye ait hücre kümelerinde doza bağlı olarak azalma, gelişen spermatogenetik seriye ait bazı hücrelerde hipertrofi ve piknotik hücre oluşumu, bağ dokusunda dejenerasyonlar tespit edilmiştir. Histolojik incelemeler neticesinde ENU’ya maruz kalan erkek zebra balıkların testis dokularında olumsuz değişimler görüldüğü belirlenmiştir.
N-Nitrozo compounds are compounds known since the beginning of the 20th century, but after the 1950s more attracted to their effects on living health. N-Nitrozo N-Etilure (ENU) is one of the N-Nitrozo varieties used to extend the life of the rack by preserving food products today. Studies on experimental animals have found that they have toxic, teratogenic, mutagenic and cancerogenic effects. In this study, changes that occur in the testicular tissue of male zebra fish applied the ENU substance have been histopathologically studied. A total of 5 groups were formed for the study, including 1 control and 4 experimental groups. ENU was applied to aquariums in the experimental group, in doses of 0.25 mM, 0.50 mM. Routine histological procedures are applied to the obtained zebra fish testicular tissue. Depending on the increase in dose and time of application, the test groups have been detected in the testicular tissue, structural disorders and vacualization in seminifer tubules, reduction due to dose in the cell sets of the spermatogenetic series, hypertrophic and picnotic cell formation in some cells of the developing spermatogenetic series, degenerations in the joint tissue. Histological studies have found that male zebra fish exposed to ENU had negative changes in testicular tissues.
