Çalışmanın amacı, dönüşümsel liderlik (DL) ve alt boyutlarının örgütsel güven (ÖG) ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı (ÖVD) üzerindeki etkisini ve DL ve alt boyutları ile ÖVD arasındaki ilişkide ÖG’nin aracı (mediator) rolünü incelemektir. Dönüşümsel liderlik, yapılan keşifsel faktör analizinde iki boyutta ortaya konmuş, analizlerde DL ve “karizmatik motivasyon” ile “geliştiren ilgi” adı verilmiş olan iki alt boyut bağımsız değişken olarak alınmıştır. Sonuçta, DL ve saptanan alt boyutları ile örgütsel güven ve ÖVD arasında pozitif ve anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur. Yapılan analizler, örgütsel güvenin dönüşümsel liderlik ve onun alt boyutlarının ÖVD’ye olan etkisinde kısmi olarak aracılık ettiğini (partial mediation) göstermektedir.
The aim of the study is to explore the impact of transformative leadership (DL) and its subdimensions on organizational trust (ÖG) and organizational citizenship behavior (ÖVD) and the role of the mediator (mediator) in the relationship between the DL and its subdimensions and the ÖVD. Conversive leadership is shown in two dimensions in the analysis of the detective factor, and in the analysis is taken as two subdimensional independent variables, which are called DL and "developing interest" with "carismatic motivation". After all, there has been a positive and meaningful relationship between the DL and the detected subdimensions and the organizational confidence and the OVD. Analysis shows that organizational confidence is partially mediated in the influence of transformative leadership and its subdimensions on the OVD.
