Lisans Öğrencilerinin Muhasebe Dersine Yönelik Tutumlarının Değerlendirilmesi

Muhasebe dersi, üniversitelerin iktisadi ve idari bilimler fakültelerinde en önemli, öğrencilerin en fazla zorlandığı ve endişe duyduğu derslerden biridir. Bu endişe, öğrencilerin derse karşı tutumlarını değiştirmekte ve arttıkça da derse yönelik olumsuz tutumları ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bu araştırma ilgi, kaygı ve gereklilik boyutu çerçevesinde muhasebe dersine yönelik öğrencilerin tutumlarını değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2017-2018 akademik döneminde Hasan Kalyoncu Üniversitesi İktisadi, İdari ve Sosyal Bilimler Fakültesi’nde muhasebe dersi alan 300 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Bunlar arasından ‘kolayda örnekleme’ yöntemiyle seçilen öğrencilere anket uygulanmış ve 168 adet anket değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Ölçek geliştirmek için önce Keşfedici Faktör Analizi KFA ölçeğe uygulanmış, elde edilen sonuçlar Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi DFA ile değerlendirilmiştir. KFA’da, ilgi sekiz madde , kaygı dört madde ve gereklilik üç madde olmak üzere toplam 15 maddeden oluşan ölçeğin üç faktör altında toplandığı ve toplam varyansın %61.816’sını açıkladığı, örneklem yeterlilik değerinin 0.881 çıkması ile örneklem büyüklüğünün faktör analizi için yeterli olduğu görülmüştür. DFA’da ise, ilgi ile kaygı arasında ters yönde yüksek -0.76 ; ilgi ile gereklilik arasında aynı yönde yüksek 0.94 ; kaygı ile gereklilik arasında ters yönde yüksek -0.70 korelasyon elde edilmiştir. Ölçeğin güvenirliliği ise, ilgi boyutunda ‘yüksek derecede güvenilir’ 0.80≤α

Evaluation of the Student's Attitudes towards Accounting Course

The accounting course is one of the most important courses in the faculties of economic and administrative sciences of the universities, the most challenging and concerned courses for students. This concern changes students’ attitudes to the class and increases their negative attitudes to the class. This research aims to evaluate the attitudes of students towards the accounting course in the framework of interest, concern and demand size. The sample of the research is made up of 300 students who take accounting courses at the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences of Hasan Kalyoncu University in the 2017-2018 academic period. A survey was conducted to students who were selected using the "easy sample" method and 168 surveyes were taken to be evaluated. To develop the scale, the Detective Factor Analysis was first applied to the KFA scale, the results obtained were evaluated with the Verifying Factor Analysis DFA. In the KFA, the scale consisting of a total of 15 matters, including eight matters of interest, four matters of concern and three matters of necessity, was gathered under three factors and explained 61.816% of the total variance, with the output of 0.881 amounts of amounts of amounts of amounts of amounts of amounts of amounts of amounts of amounts of amounts of amounts of amounts of amounts of amounts of amounts. In DFA, the reverse direction between interest and anxiety is high -0.76; the reverse direction between interest and need is high 0.94; the reverse direction between anxiety and need is high -0.70 correlation. If the measurement is reliable, the interest size is 'heavily reliable' 0.80≤α

This research aims to evaluate students’ attitudes towards accounting course within the framework of interest, anxiety and necessity. The sample of this study included 300 students studying at Hasan Kalyoncu University Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences FASS in the academic year of 2017-2018. A questionnaire was applied to the selected students and 168 questionnaires were taken into consideration. Exploratory Factor Analysis CFA was applied to the scale and the results were evaluated with Confirmatory Factor Analysis CFA . In KFA, the scale consisting of 15 items eight items , anxiety four items and requirement three items was collected under three factors and 61.816% of the total variance was explained. It was found to be sufficient for analysis. In the CFA, there was a high -0.76 inverse relationship between interest and anxiety; high in the same direction between interest and requirement 0.94 ; a negative -0.70 correlation was obtained between anxiety and necessity. The reliability of the scale was found to be highly reliable 0.80≤α
