So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Tüberküloz gelişmekte olan ülkelerin önemli bir halk sağlığı sorunudur. Tüberkülozçok akciğerleri tutmakla birlikte baş boyun bölgesindeki lenf bezleri, ağız, tonsil, dil, larenks ve farenks gibi ekstrapulmoner tutulumlar da mevcuttur. Boyunda kitle ile başvuran olgularda çoğu kez akciğer tüberkülozuna ait klinik bulgular bulunmadığından ayrıntılı inceleme ve tetkik gerekmektedir. 31 yaşında bayan hasta boyun bölgesinde şişlik şikâyetiyle polikliniğe başvurdu. Çekilen Bilgisayarlı Tomografi (BT) ve Magnetik Rezonans Görüntüleme(MR) incelemelerinde boyunda yumuşak doku kitlesi tespit edildi. Hasta opere edildi. Histopatolojik incelemede kazeifikasyon nekrozu ve mikroabse formasyonu izlendi.
