Abstract:

The characteristics that distinguish man from all the other living beings on earth and make him superior are: his ability to think, speak, be conscious, his ability to perceive and judge, and his moral values. But the mechanical functions that arise due to technological developments have caused the birth of human beings that today belong to and make them superior to these qualities: as this technology, which is still in the retreat period, develops, the communication between man and artificial intelligence will gain importance. The debate is ongoing about how this communication will or should be in the future. As artificial intelligence is becoming more visible in everyday life, it has become important facts to study the phenomena of "language, consciousness and crime" of artificial intelligence. In the context of this study, a historic panorama of artificial intelligence was conceptually created, the principles of learning and using the language of artificial intelligence were identified; the place of future artificial intelligence beings in the language research was revealed through the language, consciousness and crime concepts.

İnsanı, yeryüzünde yaşayan diğer tüm canlılardan ayıran ve onu üstün kılan özelliklerinin başında; düşünebilmesi, konuşabilmesi, bilinç sahibi olması, algılama ve muhakeme becerisi ile ahlaki değerler barındırması gelmektedir. Fakat teknolojik gelişmelere bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan makine işlevleri, günümüzde insana ait olan ve onu üstün kılan bu meziyetlere sahip yapay zekâlı varlıkların doğmasına sebebiyet vermiştir: Henüz emekleme döneminde olan bu teknoloji geliştikçe, insan ve yapay zekâ arasındaki iletişim önem kazanacaktır. Gelecekte bu iletişimin nasıl olacağı ya da olması gerekeceği konusunda tartışmalar yoğun şekilde devam etmektedir. Yapay zekâlı varlıkların günlük hayatta daha görünür hale gelmesiyle birlikte yapay zekâya dair “Dil, Bilinç ve Suç” olguları incelenmesi gereken önemli hususlar halini almıştır. Bu çalışma kapsamında; kavramsal olarak yapay zekâya dair tarihsel bir panorama oluşturulmuş, yapay zekânın dili öğrenme ve kullanma prensipleri tespit edilerek; dil, bilinç ve suç kavramları üzerinden geleceğin yapay zekâlı varlıklarının dil araştırmalarındaki yeri ortaya konmuştur.
