Agrega Kil Oranının Betonun Mekanik Özelliklerine Etkilerinin Araştırılması

Agrega içerisinde bulunan farklı oranlardaki kil miktarının betonun mekanik özeliklerini nasıl etkilediğini belirlemek amacıyla bu çalışmada, geleneksel beton üretiminde kullanılan agregalarda bulunan kil içeriğinin beton özellikleri üzerine etkileri deneysel olarak araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla referans beton numuneleri ile birlikte çeşitli oranlarda ince agrega miktarının %5, %10, %15, %20’si oranında kil ikameli beş seri halinde standart küp ve kiriş numuneler üretilmiştir. Çalışmalar kapsamında, üretilen taze betonlarda (çökme) kıvam, sertleşmiş beton küp numunelerde ise ultrases geçiş hızı ile basınç dayanım deneyleri ve kiriş numunelerde de eğilme deneyleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen deney sonuçlarına göre taze betonda kil oranının artışı ile işlenebilirlik düzeyinin arttığı, sertleşmiş betonda ise kil miktarı arttıkça basınç ve eğilme dayanımlarında büyük oranda azalma olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kil-silt miktarının artmasıyla taze betonda çökme miktarının %43’e varan oranlarda arttığı, basınç dayanımının %39 ve eğilme dayanımın ise %84 oranında azaldığı tespit edilmiş olup ultrases geçiş hızlarının da artan kil oranı ile birlikte azaldığı belirlenmiştir.

Study of the effects of the aggregate steel rate on the mechanical characteristics of concrete

In order to determine how the quantity of curve in different proportions in the aggregate affects the mechanical properties of concrete, this study has experimentally studied the effects of the curve content in the aggregates used in traditional concrete production on the characteristics of concrete. For this purpose, with reference concrete samples in various proportions of fine aggregate amount of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, standard cube and curvature samples were produced in five series. In the framework of the studies, the production of fresh concrete (breakdown) is low, and the ultrasound transition speed in solid concrete cube samples, pressure resistance experiments and curvature samples, as well as curvation experiments have been conducted. According to the results of the trial, the increase in the freezing rate in fresh concrete has increased the level of processability, while the increase in the freezing amount in solid concrete has significantly reduced the pressure and inclination resistance. With the increase in the amount of silk, the amount of collapse in fresh concrete increased at rates of up to 43%, the pressure resistance was reduced by 39% and the inclination resistance was reduced by 84% and the ultrasound transition speeds were also reduced along with the increased silk rate.
