Bu çalışma, İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi Anadolu Bil Meslek Yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören ön lisans öğrencilerinin öğrenim gördükleri programlarda İSG dersi alma ve almama durumlarına göre farkındalıklarının ve iş sağlığı ve güvenliği dersi almanın farkındalığa etkisinin belirlenmesi amacı ile yapılmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcıların demografik bilgileri ile farkındalıkları da karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi Anadolu Bil Meslek Yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi 315 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Anket 14 ifadeden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulguların değerlendirilmesinde, istatistiksel analizler için SPSS(24) programı kullanılmıştır. Değişkenlerin normal dağılıp dağılmadığının kontrol edilmesi için Kolmogrov- Smirnov normallik testi uygulanmıştır. p değeri 0,00 < 0,05 olduğundan araştırmada parametrik olmayan istatistiksel testler kullanılmıştır. İki bağımsız gruba ait verilerin karşılaştırılmasında bağımsız gruplar t-testinin parametrik olmayan alternatifi olan Mann Whitney-U Testi ikiden fazla bağımsız gruba ait verilerin karşılaştırılmasında da tek yönlü varyans analizinin parametrik olmayan alternatifi olan Kruskal Wallis Tek yönlü Varyans analizi uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda cinsiyet, öğrenim gördükleri program ve iş sağlığı ve güvenliği dersi alma durumlarına göre katılımcıların İSG farkındalıkları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Ayrıca İSG dersi alma durumunun toplam varyansa etkisi %69 olarak büyük bir etkiye sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir.
This study was conducted with the aim of determining the impact of awareness and awareness of taking health and safety courses in accordance with the conditions of taking and receiving ISG courses in the programs they study. The participants’ demographic information was also compared. The study was done using the qualitative research method. The universe of research is formed by students studying at the Anadolu Bil Professional High School of Istanbul Aydın University. The study consists of 315 students. The survey consists of 14 statements. In the evaluation of the findings obtained in the study, the SPSS(24) program was used for statistical analysis. The normalization test of Kolmogrov-Smirnov was applied to check whether the variables are normally distributed or not. Since the p value is 0.00 < 0.05, non-parametric statistical tests were used in the study. The Mann Whitney-U Test, an unparametric alternative to the t-test of the two independent groups in comparison of data, also applied the Kruskal Wallis Unparametric Varians Analysis, an unparametric alternative to the one-way variance analysis in comparison of data from more than two independent groups. The results of the analyses found a meaningful relationship between the participants’ ISG awareness, gender, the program they studied and the health and safety of work, according to the circumstances of taking classes. It is also determined that if the total variation of the state of taking the ISG lesson, the effect has a significant impact of 69%.
This study is carried out to determine the awareness of associate degree students studying at Istanbul Aydın University Anadolu Bil Vocational School, according to their status of taking OHS course, and the impact of taking occupational health and safety courses. Moreover, the demographic information of the participants and their awareness are also compared. The study is conducted using the quantitative research method. The participants of the research are the students studying at Istanbul Aydın University Anadolu Bil Vocational School. The sample of the research consists of 315 students. The survey contains 14 questions. SPSS(24) program is used for statistical analysis in the evaluation of the findings obtained in the study. Kolmogrov-Smirnov test of normality is employed to check whether the variables are normally distributed. Since the p value is 0,00 < 0,05, non-parametric statistical tests are applied in the study. The Mann Whitney-U Test, which is a non-parametric alternative to the independent groups t-test, is utilized to compare the data of two independent groups; In the comparison of data belonging to more than two independent groups, Kruskal Wallis One-way Analysis of Variance, which is a non-parametric alternative to one-way analysis of variance, is applied. As a result of the analysis, a significant relationship is found between the OHS awareness of the participants according to gender, the program they studied and their occupational health and safety status. In addition, it is determined that enrolling to OHS courses has a significant effect of 69% on the total variance.
