Abstract:

In this study, the theoretically examines the trans-real concept defined as being less effective in determining the public on a particular subject, from emotions and personal expectations, and that individuals are constantly bound to a particular subject reality by neglecting the objective realities. This study is based on the context of political communication and the theory of technological determination developed by McLuhan, the theory of minimal impact developed by Klapper and the theory of cognitive contradiction developed by Festinger. The theory of technological determination is used as a framework to explain how human life, human values and practices, the ways of accessing, communicating, self-expressing and communicating, evolving through the internet and social media, can underline the importance of the objective reality, emphasize the objective reality and give it a drive beyond the reality. Klapper's minimal influence theory is included in the study of the tendency of people to search, accept and remember messages that only match their own ideas, beliefs and attitudes, in the environment of today's media diversity and taking into account the effects of individuals' skills to personalize advanced news sources and associate them with the trans-real concept. Festinger’s theory of cognitive contradiction was used to develop an understanding of why people are going beyond reality.
