Abstract:

The aim of this research is to determine the levels of faith in education of teachers who work in primary school. Research is a qualitative research. In the study, the data collection tool was used as the "Teachers' Education Faith Levels Scale. The universe of study consists of all class teachers and pre-school teachers who work in a primary school in the 2021-2022 educational year. There were no examples in the study and all teachers (50 people) were included. The SPSS 25 package program is used for data analysis. The study included 50 teachers and 58% of teachers were women, 94% married, 90% graduates and 84% class teachers. The average age of all teachers is 41.04. The teacher's level of belief in education is an average score of 74.10±19.37. Teachers’ gender, civic status, and educational status do not affect their levels of belief in education (p>0.05). The level of belief in class teachers was higher than the level of belief in class teachers (p<0.05). The level of teachers' belief in education is at the middle level. To increase this level, it is recommended that schools and necessary institutions cooperate with the necessary arrangements, organize scientific events and conduct more comprehensive work on the subject.
