The development of the death concept’s appreciate depends on progress of the cognitive ability in children, it also reflects experiences of the death. Nursing care of the child who exposed a death event were included increasing of independence, maintaining of functionality, obtaining of safety, therapy and preventing of complications according to basic requirements and daily activity of the child and nursing care standards of the child mental health and disorders.
