As a result of the serious development of technology, the philosophy of the state’s service offering and structures has changed and the concept of e-Government has begun to be used. The e-government philosophy, which aims to implement public services in an electronic environment in a way that the citizens can access faster and easier, in a less costly and more transparent way, has also felt itself in the health sector and the concept of e-health has begun to be used. The process of electronic health services, including tele-tips, health information, digital hospitals and mobile health services, which are performed through the Internet and other technologies, has been developed. This study aims to measure the level of e-health knowledge and attitudes of students of the Department of Health Management of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of the University of Süleyman Demirel. In this context, the "E-Health Attitude Question Form" developed by researchers was applied to 224 students. The level of knowledge about e-health practices increased as the students of health management classes rise, the frequency of use of smart phones dropped almost a percentage, and the Central Hospital Dating System, one of the practices implemented by the Ministry of Health, was the most widely used application.

As a result of technological progress, the philosophy of service provision and structuring of states has changed and e-Government concept has begun to be used. The e-government philosophy, which aims to enable public services to be carried out electronically in a way that is faster and easier for citizens to access, less costly and more clear, it has also made itself felt in the health sector and the concept of e-health has begun to be used. Especially in the fields of tele-medicine, health information, digital hospital and mobile health, which are realized through internet and other technologies electronic health services have developed in the process. In this study, it is aimed to measure the level of e-health knowledge and attitudes of the students of Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Health Management Department. In this context, "E-Health Attitude Questionnaire" developed by the researchers, 224 students were applied. It is seen that the level of knowledge about e-health applications increases as the class gets higher in Health Management students, the frequency of smart phone use almost coincides with one hundred percent and MHRS, one of the applications that have been passed on by the Ministry of Health, has reached to various results, in particular the most intensive application.
